What is ModernXPools?
ModernXPools is a pool and spa studio reimagining backyard living through modern fiberglass shell construction. Every pool is engineered for endurance, finished by hand, and designed to read as a continuous part of the outdoor space.
Why fiberglass instead of gunite or vinyl?
Fiberglass shells install in days rather than months, hold color longer than gunite or vinyl, and tolerate freeze-thaw cycles far better. The non-porous surface resists algae and calcium buildup, which means clearer water and less maintenance year over year.
What pool and spa models are available?
The lineup includes 14 pool models (The Aria, Chic, Luxe, Triumph, Vita, Vogue, Apex, Cosmopolitan, Dynasty, Eden, Intrigue, Opus, Ovation, Serene) and 8 spa models (Aurora, Cascade, Eclipse, Haven, Horizon, Oasis, Serenity, Solace). How does the warranty work?
Every ModernXPools shell comes with a lifetime structural warranty, a surface-finish warranty, and transferable coverage that follows the home if you sell. ModernXscapes backs the install workmanship, plumbing, electrical, and coping for the life of the build.
How long does the build take from contract to first swim?
Typical builds run six to ten weeks from excavation to commissioning, weather permitting. The shell itself is craned in on day one or two. Most of the timeline is plumbing, electrical, coping, and the finished surround. We pull every permit, schedule every inspection, and bring our own crew start to finish.
