How long does the full process take?
From the first conversation to the final reveal, most projects run twelve to twenty weeks. Discovery and design take two to four, permits and pre-construction another two to three, and the build runs eight to twelve depending on scope and structural complexity.
Who manages the project day to day?
A single project manager from our in-house team is your point of contact from sketch to handover. Same person, every step. Weekly check-ins, real-time updates, and direct access whenever the conversation needs to happen.
Do you handle permits and approvals?
