Every project begins with a quiet conversation about how you live outdoors, the moments you want more of, and the way light moves across your property. We listen first, take notes, and let the site speak before a single line is drawn. By the end of this stage, the project has direction, intent, and a shared language between us and you.

02. Shape

Renderings, material boards, and structural details are composed into a single, considered concept. Layouts, finishes, and proportions are explored together so you see exactly what you are paying for before a single board is cut. Revisions happen freely here, where they cost nothing but time.

03. Approve

We handle every permit, every utility coordination, every drawing. Engineering sign-offs, council submissions, and supplier confirmations are managed behind the scenes so when we mobilise, the schedule is locked and the trades are aligned. 04. Ground

The site is prepared, levels are set, and foundations are reinforced. Drainage, falls, and structural footings are checked twice before anything sits on top. Nothing moves forward until the base holds the standard the build deserves, because a quiet foundation makes a long-lived space.

05. Craft

Our in-house team builds. One crew, one project manager, daily oversight, and a finish that holds up well past the day we hand over the keys. Every join, every surface, gets the same attention as if we lived here ourselves, and that consistency is what carries the work.

How long does the full process take?
From the first conversation to the final reveal, most projects run twelve to twenty weeks. Discovery and design take two to four, permits and pre-construction another two to three, and the build runs eight to twelve depending on scope and structural complexity.
Who manages the project day to day?
A single project manager from our in-house team is your point of contact from sketch to handover. Same person, every step. Weekly check-ins, real-time updates, and direct access whenever the conversation needs to happen.
Do you handle permits and approvals?
Yes. We manage every permit, drawing, and utility coordination before mobilisation. By the time the trades arrive, the path is clear, the schedule is locked, and the documentation is in your file.
Will I see the design before the build starts?
